Critter Quest Academy is designed to be easy to pick up and play:

- Answer questions from the Brainy Bunch to progress
- Enjoy learning through story, curiosity, and play
If you ever feel stuck, take your time—there’s no rush in Prairie City!

Do I need an internet connection to play?
The current Early Explorer Edition is designed to work fully offline once installed.
Do we collect any personal data?
No. We do not collect, store, or share any personal data. Players may enter a name or pseudonym for in-game identification, but this information stays on the device.
Who is Critter Quest Academy for?
Our stories and experiences are designed primarily for elementary-aged learners, but can be enjoyed by curious minds of all ages.
What if my child gets stuck?
That’s part of the adventure! Encourage them to think it through, try again, or explore together, you may also tweak challenge level settings on the “Quest” tab under the Main Menu. Learning is all about the journey.
Troubleshooting
The game isn’t responding or behaving as expected
- Try restarting the app
- Make sure your device is up to date
- Reinstall the app if needed (this may reset local progress)
Audio or visuals aren’t working correctly
- Check your device’s volume and settings
- Restart the app
